How it Works

Five simple, easy and convenient steps for your family, friends and community members to receive their health insurance plans: 

Step 1

Choose – click on the 'apply now' button of the Hygeia health insurance plan you want to purchase. 

Step 2

Contact – provide your details and select your chosen health insurance plan by completing the contact us form and we'll contact you within two business days.

Step 3

Details – we'll discuss your health insurance plan choice and answer any questions you may have. Once you are happy to proceed, we'll ask you to provide the details of your enrollees so to start the application process.

Step 4

Payment – after completion of your health insurance plan application, you'll make your online or bank transfer payment directly to Hygeia (Transfer Me Health does not accept any forms of payment). The two-week waiting period before the health insurance plan is activated starts once payment has been made.

Step 5

Finalise – We'll follow up with Hygeia and confirm to you that the health insurance card is ready and will be posted to your health insurance plan enrollee(s). They can now access healthcare services. Welcome onboard!
