Facilitated the consolidation process of all medical conferences. The reduction in the number of conferences led to cost savings and increased operational and system efficiently. Consolidation also improved internal communication between different departments and stakeholders for planning conferences.
Developed and authored a comprehensive medical research strategy for executive management to implement a sustainable and progressive medical research framework, in accordance with state and national objectives.
Implemented a HIV/AIDS awareness program with a focus on young people. Planned and executed various music events, debates and other related activities across India that aimed to highlight how the youth can prevent contracting HIV by taking care of themselves, their partners and their families.

A Matter of Urgency: Reducing Overuse of Emergency Department Services
Developed and executed an external communication strategy that was designed to raise awareness and re-highlight the actual function of the Emergency Department to prevent the overuse of its services by patients. Course of action led to a decrease patient volume and saved money, reducing the annual cost that was spent on patients misusing emergency services.
